Organic Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Essential oils of Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus aurantium (Sweet Orange), Pelargonium graveolens (Rose Geranium), Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress), Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) and Vetiveria zizanoides (Vetiver).
Apply to wrists then up the inner arm to elbow crease, neck, behind your ears. Applying to chest area and bottom of feet, can also be beneficial if feeling overwhelmed.
